Tom and I were both frustrated with our air conditioning system.
Mercury Masters was out to our house to install a brand new unit
in August 2003. It worked fine for the first 4 months or so...until
it began to regularly freeze up.
Although the first few service calls seemed routine...the problem
did not go away. This note is to thank you for taking the time
to "Solve the Mystery" and go deeper. On October 14th Randy received
my "Rude, frustrated" call. Instead of being rude back to me
(as is the way in South Florida). He came out personally to the
house to investigate.
Low and behold it was not a filter problem or a "owner" problem...the
system had a design flaw...which Mercury Masters was able to
resolve once and for all.
Now Tom and I are Happy "COOL" Customers.
