Below is another copy of one of the testimonials we received from
a recent customer. It is typical of the reaction we get from our
customers following a service call or installation. When we say
we pride ourselves on service...we mean it!!!

Dear Randy,
Once again your assistance with our air conditioning problems
has been impressive.
You operate your business with honesty, concern, integrity
and professionalism. But what has really made the difference
for us is that you have an influential relationship with the
supplier's decision=makers and easy access to inventory. These
two factors allow you to solve problems quickly and fairly.
For the benefit of others reading this, our Lennox system was
incorrectly installed 5½ years ago by our home builder.
It had missing parts, contributing to recurring coil fracture.
We called in several "big-name" A/C service companies who advertised
with the Lennox logo, only to find they had no real relationship
with Lennox. One told us replacement coils would be unavailable
for 6 weeks and convinced us to pay for warranty-jeopardizing
"coil bypass surgery" on the unit. Another charged us $150 to
refill the coolant for a still-leaking unit that completely leaked
out again within 24 hours.
So 2 years ago, we contacted Lennox directly and they referred
us to your company.
After seeing our installation, you voluntarily called the city
building department in an effort to get recourse against the
original installer. How many companies would go to that effort
and potentially deny themselves the opportunity to offer their
own services? When that failed, you influenced Lennox to supply
both a new coil and the missing parts, free of charge.
Last Friday the coil failed again and was now 5 months out
of warranty. By the end of that same day, you has fully installed
a brand-new $2,500 replacement air conditioner, paid for by Lennox.
The only cost to us was your labor. Not to say that Lennox will
do that for everybody, but what impressed us was your ability
to reach the right decision makers at Lennox on the spot, and
influence this favorable outcome.
Once again, we would highly recommend your company to others.
